LeadsKaro is an AI-powered real-estate sales CRM operated from India, serving teams in India and the UAE. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we handle and how. It covers this marketing website and enquiries you send us; a separate agreement governs data inside the CRM once you start a pilot.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to share:

• Enquiry details — your name, phone number, company and message when you contact us via WhatsApp, call or a demo request.
• Basic usage data — standard, aggregated analytics about visits to this website (pages viewed, device type). We do not use this to identify you personally.

This website does not run advertising trackers, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, schedule a demo, or set up a pilot.
• To improve the website and our product.

Where your data lives

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. CRM data is hosted in India by default, with UAE / regional hosting available for Dubai teams. Messaging and telephony run through your own connected providers (WhatsApp, IVR, SMTP), who handle that traffic under their own terms.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, and request a correction or deletion.
• Ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
• Export your CRM data whenever you want — there is no lock-in.
