These terms apply to the LeadsKaro marketing website and to free pilots. A separate service agreement is signed before any paid subscription begins.

About the product

LeadsKaro is a real-estate sales CRM. Demos, sample dashboards and figures shown on this website are illustrative and clearly labelled as sample data — they are not guarantees of results, which depend on your campaigns, lead quality and follow-up.

Pricing

• Plans start at ₹199/user/month (Starter), with Growth at ₹299 and Business at ₹399. Enterprise is custom.
• All prices are in INR and exclude 18% GST. AED pricing for the UAE is available on request.
• Messaging and telephony are billed directly by your own WhatsApp / IVR / SMTP providers — not by us.
• The founding offer (first 20 customers) and any promotional pricing are confirmed in writing at sign-up.

Free pilot

• The 14-day pilot is free, needs no credit card, and can be cancelled anytime.
• You keep ownership of your data and can export it at any time.

Acceptable use

Use LeadsKaro lawfully and only with data you are entitled to process. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other customers' data.

Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
